Description

The VIPP675 Cabinet H2 L 60 by Vipp is a versatile and sculptural piece, ideal as a nightstand, hallway storage unit, or side table next to a sofa. This compact yet tactile cabinet is made from three high-quality materials: marble, anodized aluminum, and oak. The marble top of the VIPP675 Cabinet H2 L 60 by Vipp, available in dark Pietra Grey or light Sky Grey marble, incorporates an almost tray-like function. Behind the reeded aluminum doors of the H2 Cabinet, you'll find an adjustable shelf. The vertically extruded aluminum doors of the VIPP675 Cabinet H2 L 60 are slightly elevated above the marble top and serve as a grip for opening the cabinet.

VIPP

The story of Vipp began in 1939, in the small Danish town of Randers, when Marie asked her husband Holger Nielsen to create a trash bin for her new hair salon. Holger, a skilled craftsman with a keen sense of aesthetics, wanted to impress his wife and thus put all his talent into creating a pedal bin that was both functional and elegant. The bin, which he named Vipp, was never intended to be sold. However, some of Marie's clients were so impressed by its functionality that they ordered it for their husbands' medical offices and dental clinics.
