Ce luminaire est une véritable déclinaison contemporaine de la suspension classique. La structure circulaire de Starfall est ponctuée de sources lumineuses formant un somptueux bouquet d’étoiles figées dans le temps. La taille des fines branches qui relient toutes les ampoules varie de sorte à multiplier les points de vue, donnant à voir une infinité de constellations lumineuses. La suspension Starfall est parfaitement adaptée à la décoration des salles de réceptions, auxquelles elle apporte toute la magie d’un ciel nocturne, avec raffinement et fascination.

Marcel Wanders became known within the renowned group of designers, Droog Design. In 2001, he founded the company Moooi, which means "beautiful" in Dutch. The Moooi collection features fanciful and offbeat style, which is sometimes even provocative, and as such produces extraordinary, head-turning pieces. From the Little Bold candlestick to the Chess coffee table, the avant-garde design surprises and the industrial objects fuse reverie with the unusual. Marcel Wanders also collaborates with internationally-renowned designers such as Ross Lovegrove, Studio Job and Ron Gilad.
