Description
Superstudio, an Italian architecture firm founded by Adolfo Natalini and Cristiano Toraldo di Francia, designed Quaderna, a collection of tables decorated with a black grid, in 1970. Produced by Zanotta, these tables have a honeycomb core structure with a veneer silk-screen printed with a 3cm-spaced black grid. This motif is found in several Superstudio projects. The dining table is available in two sizes, square or rectangular, with four wide legs. The desk version has a 'U' shape with two solid panels forming the base.
