Description

Gubi's Multi-Lite floor lamp embraces the golden age of Danish design with its characteristic shape and two opposing, movable exterior shades that allow you to create a personal installation, offering a wide range of light variations for your room. By individually rotating the shades, the Gubi Multi-Lite floor lamp allows multiple combinations where light can be directed upwards, downwards or emit asymmetrical light art. The Multi-Lite was designed in 1972 by Louis Weisdorf, celebrating his passion for diversity. Two cylindrical shapes form the base of the lamp and a metal ring surrounds it, anchoring the two quarter-sphere lampshades, to complete this iconic multi-purpose design. The Multi-Lite floor lamp has a timeless expression that fits into any home environment.

Based in the docks of Copenhagen, the Gubi headquarters spans 2000 square meters in a former tobacco factory, now renovated into a vast modern loft-style showroom. One of the iconic pieces of the Gubi brand is the Pacha armchair. This armchair by Pierre Paulin embodies the innovative spirit and timeless elegance of Gubi.
