Description
Designer Hee Welling sought to develop a chair with undeniable simplicity for the About A Chair collection. Understated and pure design for a chair that works just as well around a dining room table as it does around a conference table, in a canteen or in an office. The designer strived to combine form, function, detail, and aesthetics. Produced by Danish company Hay, this collection features a wide range of colours and structures. Hee Welling completed this collection in 2011 with stools and armchairs that followed the same philosophy. About A Stool is sold here with a wooden base that adapts perfectly to any environment. Just like the chair, it ensures optimal comfort and perfectly symbolises the purity and understated, timeless style of Scandinavian design.
